Abstract Submission Guideline

🧠 Guidelines for Abstract Submission

9th International Applied Brain Mapping Congress

Researchers interested in submitting an abstract to participate in the 9th International Applied Brain Mapping Congress are kindly requested to carefully observe the following points:

  1. Online Submission Only: Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the congress website by logging into your personal profile using your Username and Password. Submissions via fax, email, or postal mail will not be considered.

  2. Presenter Must Submit: The individual who will present the paper (oral or poster) must be the one to submit the abstract.

  3. Important Notes for Completing the Abstract Submission Form:

    • The abstract form must be completed in English only. Abstracts submitted in Persian will not be accepted.

    • The abstract must be based on an original research project.

    • The title should be concise and clearly reflect the content of the abstract.

    • All authors must be listed in the Authors section, and the Presenting Author must be clearly identified.

    • The preferred presentation format (oral or poster) must be specified in the Presentation Type section.

    • The abstract must not exceed 500 words. Abstracts longer than this will not be accepted.

    • The general topic of the abstract must be selected from the predefined list in the Subject section.

    • The abstract should follow the standard scientific structure: Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.

    • Except for commonly used abbreviations, any abbreviation used for the first time must be spelled out in full within parentheses.

    • You may edit your abstract within the designated time frame by logging into your profile with your Username and Password.

  4. Final Review and Language Accuracy:

As abstracts will be published exactly as submitted, presenters are strongly advised to ensure proper writing style and thoroughly check for spelling and grammatical errors before submission.
