Scientific Secretary Message
In God We Trust

Greetings and Respect,
Brain mapping is an interdisciplinary science that integrates fields such as medical sciences, neuroscience, electrical and computer engineering, psychology, mathematics, and other related disciplines. By utilizing advanced technologies, it investigates the structure and function of the nervous system and the brain. With remarkable achievements in brain mapping research, we can gain a deeper understanding of the brain and its mechanisms—leading to dynamic progress toward therapeutic goals and the realization of a more ideal world.
The National Brain Mapping Laboratory was established with the aim of promoting and expanding fundamental and applied research in the field of precise diagnosis and therapeutic interventions. As a comprehensive scientific service center, the Laboratory annually hosts an international congress that brings together domestic and international scientists to foster collaboration, exchange knowledge, and explore cutting-edge technologies for a deeper understanding of the brain and its functions.
The 18th International Congress on Brain Mapping in Iran, with the participation of researchers from inside and outside the country, aims to explore new findings across various domains including neuroscience, cognitive sciences, psychology, electrical and computer engineering, artificial intelligence, and other related fields. This congress provides a platform for exchanging ideas, presenting research outcomes, and establishing scientific collaborations.
As the Scientific Chair of the 18th International Congress on Brain Mapping in Iran, I warmly invite all researchers to take part in this significant event. Your presence and contributions will not only elevate the scientific quality of the congress but also support the advancement of brain mapping research in Iran. Together, we can learn from one another and move toward a better understanding of the brain.
We hope that by bringing together all scientific communities, we can facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience. Through supporting research, development, and the adoption of new technologies, we aim to take meaningful steps toward the progress of brain mapping. Together, we can learn from one another and work toward a deeper understanding of the brain.
Don’t forget to submit your article and other materials for this prestigious congress!
We look forward to welcoming you to this scientific event.
With respect,
Dr. Reza Khosroabadi
The Scientific Secretary of the 9th Iranian International
Congress on Brain Mapping
